The conduct of a king: since a great Dharma king is the master of all lawmakers, he must ensure the happiness of all his administrators, attendants and subjects in an impartial manner, without regard to good or bad, great or small. In short, without any prejudice whatsoever, not differenciating, he establishes them all in happiness. It is the same if you act in accordance with the ways of Dharma. Manifesting the realizations, when the energy of emptiness and compassion arises, without tiring of altruism, give the gift of Dharma and of material possessions for the sake of all beings without exception. Through skillful methods and auspicious connections, maintaining great concern for beings, engage in the path of happiness in harmony with the conduct of bodhisattvas.
La conduite du roi: comme un grand roi du Dharma est le maître de tous les législateurs, il doit s'assurer du bonheur de tous ses administrateurs, servants et sujets de manière impartiale, sans considération de bon ou mauvais, grand ou petit. En bref, sans préjugé d'aucune sorte, sans différenciation, il les établit tous dans le bonheur. Il en est de même lorsque vous agissez selon les manières du Dharma. Manifestant la réalisation, lorsque l'énergie de vacuité et compassion apparaît, sans vous départir de l'altruisme, faites cadeau du Dharma et des possessions matérielles pour le bien de tous les êtres sans exception. Par des moyens habiles et des connexions auspicieuses, en conservant une grande préoccupation pour les êtres, livrez-vous à la voie du bonheur en harmonie avec la conduite des bodhisattvas.
