If there is peace in your mind you will find peace with everybody. If your mind is agitated you will find agitation everywhere. So first find peace within and you will see this inner peace reflected everywhere else. You are this peace! You are happiness, find out. Where else will you find peace if not within you?
S'il y a la paix dans votre esprit, vous trouverez la paix avec tout le monde. Si votre esprit est agité, vous trouverez de l'agitation partout. Donc tout d'abord, trouvez la paix à l'intérieur et vous verrez cette paix intérieure se refléter partout ailleurs. Vous êtes cette paix. Vous êtes bonheur, découvrez-le. Où donc ailleurs trouverez-vous la paix si ce n'est en vous?
