Intoduction to mind's nature - Introduction à la nature de l'esprit

OM AH HUNG MAHA GURU SARWA SIDDHI HUNG

Please bless me with freedom from the fetter of belief in duality.
Mind itself is unfabricated, coming easily in its own mode.
It is not made by the good deeds and qualities of the Buddha
And it is not bound by the prison of sinking, fogginess and wavering.
With this, primordial wisdom's brilliant, radiant, natural and shining light,
Dharmata's vast mother and son will meet.
So not being made stupid by the bad friends of lazy and relaxed situations,
I will strongly and lovingly protect the good house of emptiness,
And by that dharmata mother and son will quickly meet.
Then from that time, I must strongly act for the benefit of those moving in samsara.
I must perform the deeds of a bodhisattva.
I must accomplish a great wave of virtue for the benefit of others.
I must gain the effective power to upturn and empty samsara.

Je vous prie, bénissez-moi en me libérant des chaînes de la croyance en la dualité.
La nature de l'esprit n'est pas créée (fabriquée) et survient spontanément selon son propre mode.
Il n'est pas produit par les bonnes actions et qualités du Bouddha et
Il n'est pas entravé par les geôles de l'opacité et de l'agitation.
L'esprit brillant de sa propre lumière éclatante de sagesse primordiale, rayonnante et brillant naturellement,
Dharmata vaste mère et fille se rencontreront.
Ainsi en ne me laissant pas abrutir par les mauvais amis que sont les situations relâchées et portant à la paresse,
Je protégerai avec force et amour la bonne maison de sunyata (la vacuité) et
Ainsi, dharmata mère et fille se rencontreront rapidement.
Puis dès cet  instant, je dois agir avec détermination pour le bien de êtres qui errent dans le samsara.
Je dois accomplir les actions d'un bodhisattva.
Je dois accomplir un grand flot de vertu pour le bien des autres.
Je dois obtenir le pouvoir effectif de retourner le samsara et de le vider complètement.

C.R. Lama explained in one teaching that this stanza is the exact transcription of the introduction to the nature of mind given by the great master Padmasambhava to his 25 heart disciples in Samye Chimpu in the ninth century in Tibet. This teaching of C.R. Lama was quite impressive, as by the fact he was one incarnation of one of the 25 heart disciples (Kyechung lotsawa), he remembered this event very well. He gave us many details on how things hapened, how Yeshe Tsogyal preprared the tsog offerings in a very special way, how Gelong Namkah'i Nyingpo prayed the Master (and even how GNN looked like), and how Padmasambhava answered by these words. C.R. Lama concluded : 'when Guru Rinpoche said that, we all 25 understood clearly the nature of mind.'

Lama a expliqué dans un enseignement oral que cette strophe est la transcription exacte de l'introduction à la nature de l'esprit que le grand maître Padmasambhava donna à ses 25 fils du coeur à Samyé Chimpu, Tibet, au neuvième siècle. Cet enseignement de C.R. Lama fut assez impressionnant car étant une incarnation d'un des 25 disciples (Khyéchung Lotsawa), il se souvenait fort bien de cet événement. Il nous donna de nombreux détails de cette cérémonie, expliqua comme Yeshe Tsogyal prépara les objets d'offrande de manière très spéciale, comment Gelong Namkha'i Nyingpo implora le maître (et même l'apparence qu'avait GNN à cette époque) et comment Padmasambhava répondit par ces mots. C.R. Lama conclut: 'Lorsque Gourou Rinpoche prononça ces mots, tous les 25, nous comprimes clairement la nature de l'esprit.'
