1993 with Samdong Rinpoche

The second butterlamps offering retreat happened the next year (1993), in Sarnath, as we couldn't get accomofdation in Bodhgaya. This time, as Rinpoche informed everybody in Europe, many people attended, from Germany, Switzerland, France, Great Britain etc. The next years and until Rinpoche bought the land for his monastery near Siliguri, the ceremony took ploace in sarnath. The third year arrived our friends from Poland. Then, it was held in the land of Khordong Gompa and goes on till these days. 

La deuxième retraite des lampes à beurre eut lieu l'année suivante (1993) à Sarnath, car nous n'avions pas pu avoir d'hébergement à Bodhgaya. Cette fois, Rinpoche avait informé tout le monde en Europe et de nombreux étidiants venant de Pologne, Suisse, France, Grande Bretagne etc. purent y participer. La troisième année arrivèrent nos amis de Pologne. Les années suivantes, cette retraite se déroula à nouveau à Sarnath, jusqu'à ce que Rinpoche dispose du terrain de son futur monastère. Dès lors, c'est là qu'elle se déroule jusqu'à nos jours;.
