Since pure awareness of nowness is the real Buddha,
In openness and contentment, I found the Lama in my heart.
When we realize this, unending natural mind is the very nature of the Lama.
Then there is no need for attached, grasping or weeping prayers or artificial complaints.
By simply relaxing in this uncontrived, open and natural state,
We obtain the blessing of aimless self liberation of whatever arises.
Comme la pure conscience de l'instantanéité est le Bouddha véritable,
Dans l'ouverture et le lâcher-prise, j'ai découvert le Lama en mon coeur.
Lorsqu'on réalise cela, l'esprit naturel incessant est la nature-même du Lama.
Pas besoin alors de prières et de suppliques intéressées, avides ou sanglotantes, ni de complaintes artificielles.
En se détendant simplement dans cet état non entravé, ouvert et naturel,
L'on obtient la bénédiction de l'auto-libération sans objectif de tout ce qui apparaît.
