No matter how profound, how vast or how all encompassing the teachings of the Great perfection may be, they are all included within this: Don't meditate* on or fabricate even as much as an atom and don't be distracted for even much as an instant.
* meditate = cultivate = bringing forth something that is not already there so in this context creating something new in mind.
Aussi profonds, vaste ou incluant tout que soient les enseignements de la Grande Perfection, il sont tous inclus dans ceci: Ne médite* pas sur ou ne fabrique pas ne serait-ce qu'un atome et ne soit pas distrait ne serait-ce qu'un instant.
* méditer = cultiver = amener quelque chose qui n'est pas déjà la aussi dans ce contexte, c'est créer quelque chose de nouveau dans l'esprit.
