We must try to get used to the notion that everything we see, do and think is an interpretation created by our mind, which itself is an important stepping-stone towards the practice of nonduality. And “getting used” to it means reminding ourselves about it over and over again.

Nous devons essayer de nous familiariser à la notion que tout ce que nous voyons, faisons et pensons est une interprétation créée par notre esprit, ce qui en soi est une étape importante vers la pratique de la non-dualité. Et "se familiariser" à cela signifie nous le rappeler encore et encore.
